We are here to help our patients through the financial side of visiting our facility. Please contact us with any billing or insurance questions and we will be more than willing to help.
Students are asked to create a MyFalconHealth account in order to receive their billing information from their Falcon Health Center visits. Parents will also be able to access their student’s bill through the portal, but will be unable to see the specifics and results of the visit, unless they are granted permission by the student.
Co-pays are due at the time of service. An additional charge of $10.00 will be assessed if a copay is not paid at time of service. If a payment is made by the end of the week, this extra charge will be removed.

We work hard to be courteous of our patients’ time and we ask for the same in return. Our policy for no-shows is a first time no-show is forgiven, but a second no-show results in a charge amount of $50.00.

Insurance Policy at BGSU
Bowling Green State University students who are taking eight or more credit hours during a semester are required to have health insurance.
BGSU offers a health insurance plan for domestic and international students through Aetna Student Health. For more information about the costs and benefits of the BGSU Health Insurance Plan, please call the Student Insurance Office at 419-372-7495 or visit their website below.
Please note you do not have to have the health insurance plan that BGSU offers to use the services at Falcon Health Center. We accept most insurance policies.
